Questions about a specific study

We advertise studies but we do not run them. If you have already clicked through to a study and have a question about eligibility, appointments, compensation or the research itself, contact that study's research team directly — they hold your information and we do not.

Medical questions

We cannot answer them. We are not a healthcare provider and cannot give medical advice, interpret symptoms or comment on treatments. Please speak to your doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Please do not email us details of your medical history or diagnosis. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and we do not need that information.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete information, opt out of targeted advertising, or withdraw consent for consumer health data, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Because we deliberately collect no names or contact details, please include the approximate date and time of your visit, your ZIP code, and the study you were viewing so we can try to locate a record.
